Our Story
WD Cravings is the brainchild of Chefs Wendy Delgado (WD) and Piero Cotrina. Their successful pastry stand in the Aksarben Farmers Market in 2017 lead them to a new dream. They opened WD Cravings on March 8th, 2020 after selling out of their pastries almost every Farmers Market day.
Wendy was born in Mexico and Piero in Peru. They integrate their experience from home with French and Italian training from the best kitchens in America. With over 20 combined years of experience, they grab from the best of their experiences, shaping and fine-tuning to create something unique, simple, and beautiful.
They are proud to use high-quality French chocolate, the finest butter, and flours, hormone-free heavy cream, as well as premium Hill of Beans coffee beans. WD Cravings is located in Cherry Hills Plaza, 7110 N. 102nd Cir. in Omaha, NE. The small, clean, and relaxed shop offer an atmosphere perfect for a study date, a family dinner, or just stopping in to sip and chill with a friend.
